Adaptability Quotient
(AQ)

Adaptability Quotient
(AQ)

“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”

– Charles Darwin

What is Adaptability Quotient? (AQ)

Adaptability Quotient is the measure of how well a person is able to adapt to change.

Other common brain measurements are Intelligence Quotient (IQ) which is how much you know and Emotional Quotient (EQ) which is how well you communicate with others.

Why is AQ important?

Our reaction to change is very important as the technological world is constantly transforming and this forces us to react.

If we cannot react, we become less effective and in some cases obsolete in the modern workforce.

How do we develop AQ in students?

Being in a forward thinking environment, shifting focus to simulating future possibilities (what if?), learning how to manipulate in order to solve and encourage the unlearning of obsolete habits when more effective skills are available.
